Here's a link to the seminal moment in Disney Pooh history, thanks to the magic of YouTube. My suspicion is that while this quote appears at the very start of the movie, this whole section is an extended (and in my humble opinion, less subtle) version of the very end of the very last chapter of the last book that Milne wrote about Pooh and friends: "The House of Pooh Corner", which reads as follows:
Still with his eyes on the world Christopher Robin put out a hand and felt for Pooh's paw.
"Pooh," said Christopher Robin earnestly, "if I--if I'm not quite" he stopped and tried again. "Pooh, whatever happens, you will understand, won't you?"
"Understand what?"
"Oh, nothing." He laughed and jumped to his feet. "Come on!"
"Where?" said Pooh.
"Anywhere," said Christopher Robin.
So they went off together. But wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way, in that enchanted place on the top of the Forest a little boy and his Bear will always be playing.
But, you may be thinking, it is not good enough just to whine about Pooh Misquotes. Somebody needs to take action! You will be reassured to hear then that I have indeed taken action, emailing all four of the quotation website listed above (Wordsyard, Goodreads, Brainyquote, and Top 25 A. A. Milne quote guy) to helpfully inform them of the inaccuracies in there websites, and to suggest that they change the author of these quotes to "Karl Geurs and Carter Crocker". I'll let you know if there are any developments.
